Financial Matters

This page is designed to help address financial matters related to seeking psychological services. Your services may be paid for in part by insurance, or you can choose to pay for your care privately. When a third party is paying for your sessions, please be aware that limits of confidentiality change. If you are very concerned about having as much privacy as possible within the parameters of the law, you can get that by paying for services yourself, even if you have an insurance plan.

Insurance Plans

The following insurance plans are accepted by my office:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • PHCS
  • United Healthcare

Credit Cards

For your convenience, my practice accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards, as well as Mastercard and Visa ATM and debit cards for amounts over $50.  You can pay online by clicking here or pay me directly by cash or check at the office.  Please note that you must sign a payment consent form in my office prior to using this service.  The company that I work with to process these transactions is HIPAA-compliant and will manage your information with the utmost confidentiality.  Your credit card statement will only say “”
